Memberships

  • Refunds for memberships are only available if I can verify that you did not access any premium content during the membership period.
  • To request a refund, please contact me within 7 days of your purchase via the Contact section, including your order details and reason for the request.
  • I will review your account activity to confirm whether premium content was accessed.
  • If no premium content was accessed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • If premium content was accessed, no refund will be provided.

Commissions

  • Refunds for commissions are not available once I have started working on your request.
  • If you cancel your commission before I begin working on it, you may request a full refund through the Contact section.
